Who this applies to

Stub: everyone using Covey — parents and operators.

What you can't do

Stub — cover at least: - Post false, misleading, or impersonating listings or reviews. - Upload content that's unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, or infringes others' rights. - Misuse the enquiry/messaging system (spam, harassment). - Submit fake DBS or accreditation documents. - Scrape or bulk-extract data from Covey.

Reviews

Stub: reviews must be genuine, first-hand, and follow the moderation rules; how disputes/removals work; cross-reference moderation.

Moderation and consequences

Stub: that submissions are moderated (automated + human), and that breaches can lead to content removal, suppression, or account suspension. Reference the bad-actor flagging/suppression system and how a flagged user is treated (link the Terms).
