These terms govern your use of Covey. By using the site or creating an account, you agree to them.

Who these terms are between

Covey is operated by MyCovey Ltd, registered in England & Wales (company no. 17269187) ("we", "us"). These terms are the agreement between you and us. If you don't agree to them, please don't use Covey.

What Covey is

Covey is a discovery directory that helps parents find children's clubs, classes and activities, and helps providers reach local families. Some listings are gathered from public sources and remain unclaimed until the provider claims them; others are added by providers directly. We are not a party to any arrangement between you and a club — we help you find and contact them, but any booking, payment, or attendance is between you and the provider.

Using Covey

You're responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. You agree to use Covey lawfully and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy. Listing information may be incomplete or out of date, particularly for unclaimed listings — always confirm details with the provider.

Content you submit

You keep ownership of the content you submit (such as reviews, listings and photos), and you grant us a licence to host, display and share it as part of running Covey. You're responsible for having the right to submit it. We may remove content that breaches our Acceptable Use Policy.

Intellectual property

The Covey brand, the site, and our compilation of listings are owned by MyCovey Ltd. You may use Covey for its intended purpose, but you may not copy, scrape, or bulk-extract our content or data, or reuse our brand, without our permission.

Disclaimers and liability

Covey is provided "as is". We don't warrant that any listing is accurate, or that any club is suitable or safe — please read our Safeguarding Notice and do your own checks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss arising from your use of Covey or from any dealing with a provider you find through it. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law of England & Wales (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or remove an account that breaches these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, or that our systems flag for abuse. You can delete your account at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have jurisdiction.

Changes and contact
