Who these terms are between

Stub: the agreement between the user and MyCovey Ltd (company no. 17269187). When they apply (using the site, creating an account).

Using Covey

Stub: permitted use; account responsibilities; that listings may be auto-discovered from public sources and that operators can claim them; accuracy expectations; that Covey is a discovery directory, not a party to any arrangement between a parent and a club.

Content you submit

Stub: ownership of and licence to user-submitted content (reviews, listings, photos); the right to remove content per the Acceptable Use Policy.

Intellectual property

Stub: Covey's IP (brand, content, data compilation); what users may and may not do with it.

Disclaimers and liability

Stub: service "as is"; no warranty that listings are accurate or that any club is suitable/safe (link the Safeguarding Notice); limitation of liability to the extent permitted by law; nothing excludes liability that can't be excluded under UK law.

Suspension and termination

Stub: when Covey may suspend or remove an account (e.g. Acceptable Use breach, bad-actor flags); the user's right to delete their account (delete your account).

Governing law

Stub: governed by the laws of England & Wales; jurisdiction of the English courts.
