Your Data Rights
You're in control of your data on Covey. Here's what you can do, and how.
Your rights under UK data protection law
You have the right to: access the data we hold about you; correct anything that's wrong; delete your data ("erasure"); restrict or object to certain processing; and port your data (get it in a reusable format). Most of these you can do yourself, right now, using the links below.
Get a copy of your data
Request a copy of your data — we generate a file of everything we hold about you and your children and send it to you via a secure, time-limited link.
Correct your data
Most details can be edited directly in your account — your name, postcode, children, and their interests. No request needed; just change it.
Delete your account
Delete your account — this permanently removes your account and your children's data. It can't be undone. Enquiries and reviews you've already sent are kept but anonymised — because the clubs received them in good faith and may have acted on them — so they're no longer linked to you.
Manage marketing
Manage your email preferences to opt in or out of Covey updates. Every marketing email also has an unsubscribe link.
Who to contact
For anything you can't do yourself, or any question about your data, contact privacy@mycovey.com. If you're unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
